Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition received

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
